As a Contract Administrator on land development projects, I manage contracts, procurements, and tendering for various projects across GTA. I work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency in the delivery of land development services.With a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from Seneca College, I have a solid foundation in civil engineering principles and practices. I also have extensive experience in construction inspection, contract administration, and water and wastewater infrastructure, from my previous roles at WSP in Canada and Golder. I have contributed to the successful completion of multiple basement flooding projects with City of Toronto and watermain lining projects.I am passionate about land development and civil engineering, and I strive to apply my skills and knowledge to create sustainable and innovative solutions for the communities I serve. I am proficient in project planning, compaction, and various software tools, such as Bluebeam Revu, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office. I am also fluent in English and I have certifications in OACETT, CPR and CCIL.
