1. Peruse thoroughly the process description of ROGC plant along with process flow diagram (PFDs) and process instrumentation diagram (P&IDs).2. Monitor various critical process parameters of the whole plant using Aspen Process Explorer.3. Update Daily monitoring sheet, weekly reports and monthly reports.4. Peruse thoroughly and understand utilities used in the plant such as cooling water, nitrogen, steam, instrument air and plant air.5. Taking part in inspection of equipment in non shutdown jobs.6. Took part in Mega Shutdown in May 2024 in Nagothane Manufacturing Division as Inspection Engineer for various equipments such as filters, vessels, exchangers, distillation column, etc.7. Monitoring, review and analysis of Plant performance, Machine (Furnaces, Heaters, Compressors and Turbines) Efficiency and Hydrocarbons loss / Flare loss8. Participate in Critical Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), test runs and plant trials.9. Participate in plant performance audits as per guidelines.10. Understand, evaluate & review basic engineering design documents like PFD, P&ID, Datasheets, GA Drawings, Cause & Effect Diagram, Line designation table (LDT).11. Contributed significantly to the De-bottlenecking project for the ROGC plant. Oversaw construction activities, including Cracked Gas 3rd Dryer and more, to enhance operational efficiency.12. Note down readings regarding process parameters such as temperature, pressure and flowrate in the logsheet from DCS panel.13. Detailed study and discussion of SOCs (Standard operating condition) and SOPs (Standard operating process) of oxy panel.14.
