Venture Factory by i2india is a seed stage venture capital firm plus an incubator rolled into one. I held a dual role while working in the investment and venture building team. Investment role involved evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial and business due diligences for selected companies, working closely with the founders in the investment evaluation processes. In the venture building role, I helped portfolio companies - reach a product market fit by managing the product lifecycle, valuing business and in fundraising.

As a FICC Strats, developed applications and trading strategies for the interest rate products in the Fixed Income market. Developed application to provide liquidity on bonds, futures, swaps, building strategic trading systems for client inquiries through electronic trading platforms, managing and hedging risk using high-performance systems.

Developed applications used by traders for market making in the Interest Rate Products market and for electronic trade capture and execution. Developed applications used by the trading desk to track real-time updates on market movement, intraday risk management and trade booking.
