Preparing Daily/Monthly Reports and Conducting analysis on various trends shown for Sales Team. Conducting Market Share Analysis at Distributor, Scheme & Location level and sharing insights with the Sales Team. Preparation of Board MIS on a quarterly basis. Preparation of different types of MIS as per the requirements of the Management and Sales Team.Additional responsibility of handling the NFO activities of the fund house which includes preparation of MIS reports, co-ordination with the RTA, communications to the investors and overlooking the complete process of NFO.

Day to day supervision of the Investor Services team and to ensure all due diligence is followed.Providing a point of escalation and training for the Investor Services team.Keeping the management appraised of operational issues in a timely manner.Providing an effective daily hand over of processing between Mumbai and the other processing centers across the country.Participate in projects including system enhancements and data conversions.Additional responsibility of handling the NFO activities of the fund house which includes preparation of MIS reports, co-ordination with the RTA, communications to the investors and overlooking the complete process of NFO.

Management of back end operations relating to Corporate Client Services, Operations and Compliance. Co-ordination with the RTA agent CAMS for operational efficiency. Also includes management of the following:• Resolution of Income Tax Queries• Co-ordinating with legal and compliance department• Handling of team for effective and timely results.

To understand the loan disbursement procedure of HDFC Ltd., credit analysis of the loan cases and providing points to make it more easy and accurate. Calculation of different ratios for evaluation of the cases. To compare it with the procedure of other NBFC’s and also to do a market survey to know how customer-friendly the loan is procedure of HDFC Ltd. from the customers’ point of view.
