CurrentProductivity Enhancement in Manufacturing: Manage improvement projects to improves manufacturing efficiency, cost, product quality, and worker safety by analyzing current methods, new methods, new technologies and cost reduction activities in selected areas. Effectively create and support process enhancement initiatives to drive an environment of continuous quality improvement throughout the company.Plant Layout and process flow Improvement: Develops, designs plans equipment and machine layouts, workflow, and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities and mitigate risks. Develops metrics to measure plant and equipment capacity output, and identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks.Enhance Manpower Productivity: Evaluates worker productivity and recommends improvements to increase manpower efficiency and operating performance, reduce waste and delays, and promote cost control/reductions. Study and suggest the factories’ right matrix of headcount and machine and fully utilize existing machines and manpower of production teams. Ensure balancing procedure for equal work distribution, accurate manpower allocation to reduce excess manpower and production improvement.Manage Automation Projects: Research, select and implement various automated robotic system in the factory. Apply automation on logistics center Drive and embrace innovation in operations, develop and study new operation workflow and technology to exceed internal and external customers’ expectations. Costing and Development Analyzing all the new styles for assessing the product breakdown and line settings. And, evaluating the finalized style to find most economical CMT, and reduce the effective SMV of the garment, by simplifying the construction methods without affecting the approved appearance and quality of the garment.
