As an AEC tech trailblazer, I have been on the forefront of the industry's digital evolution. Starting out as a multi-disciplinary engineer with Larsen & Toubro Construction, I quickly rose through the ranks to lead the Tekla modelling team for Material Handling. Now, I am spearheading the BIM team for L&T Construction's Water Supply and Distribution Business Units at their Chennai HQ.My end-to-end responsibility includes everything from strategizing and implementing, to executing, training and enabling BIM in the WSD Engineering team. I work closely with the stakeholders to establish streamlined workflows, and has onboarded the entire team onto BIM & Digital Prototyping (DP) platforms effortlessly. My team excels in handling complex projects involving Revit, Infraworks, Civil 3D and Plant 3D.In my role in Water Supply & Distribution, I have delivered over 25 Water Supply Schemes since 2018 on the BIM platform alone! Prior to joining L&T's Water Business, I've managed numerous complex projects for Flsmidth's Airtech business team and L&T's Minerals and Materials teams worldwide.As a product manager of virtual design and construction at L&T Edutech, I possess a strong understanding of the industry and its technologies, and I am constantly striving to improve the ways in which students learn about virtual design and construction.I have a proven track record of success in developing and managing innovative products that meet the needs of both educators and students.
