Create and update design control documentation such as ACR, LCR, DDP, Drawing, Buy Specification, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Design Verification Plan, Protocol, Report, Rationale, Memo, Compliance and Design Review slides. Conducting design history file review (DHF) and design review, Design Input (Product Requirement), Design Output (Product Design), Design Verification and Design Transfer.Gap Assessment of labels and products, for compliance with various Regulations of different countries depending on where the product is sold. Analysing the problem statement background, leading feasibility study using Hypothesis Testing like (ANOVA, t-Tests and Non-Parametric Testing) and Reliability Testing in Minitab to improve the product and process surveillance in market.Follow up of process validation like IQ, OQ and PQ Activities. Conducting the ECRO Strategy and identify the affected objects using SAP ECC6.0 and BOM maintenance for proper documenting controls.Conducting periodic process audits, work product audits, tracking and monitoring of action items emerging from internal and external audits, participating CAR/DPA/DAR activities.

• Reviewing Product drawings and preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) for all new products. • APQP time line management for all the new projects. • Customer handling for project requirements, samples preparation and certification audits. • Preparing and ensuring the phase wise documents in APQP process & Standard compliance documents for projects. • Responsible for PPAP, PPAP documents sign off. • Involving in the Suppliers evaluation and re-evaluation process. • Conducting Internal Audits to verify the effective implementation of QMS within the organization. • Support for Certification & Customer Audits • Conducting Product & Process improvement trials (VAVE). • Process Capability study for new products. • CAPA for customer complaints and its closure. • Supporting SMED Analysis, Production planning, Improvements

• Preparation of 3D and 2D assembly drawings and Bill of materials based on ASME Y14.5 2009 for Press forming dies. • Implementing GD&T. • Preparation & release of Die handover file for Start of Production (SOP) awaiting products which includes the verification of BOM with detailed drawings for spare manufacturing. • Responsible for preparation of supporting documents for NPD, ECR/O. • Assisting Tool room for providing Tool communication / Modification details in vulnerable situations to avoid breakdown. • Product & Process improvement trials to make the product economically with quality capable. • Completing the Projects (New products & Engineering changes) with respect to APQP timeline and on time Product Launch. • FTG development (Manufacturing Follow-ups), Conducting Tooling trials (Initial trials & Production Trial Run (PTR)), Trial follow-ups, and Closure of trial observations. • Preparing documents for customer/internal complaint, development concerns (CAPA, PFMEA with necessary details, Horizontal deployment of actions for new products, Review of PFMEA). • Product & Process improvement trials to make the product economically with quality capable. • Kaizen, Process Automation, Cycle time reduction, 5S, One-point lesson training for labors
