‒ Daily monitoring of customer orders.‒ Analysis of documents relevant to export (IE, Booking, Invoices, DUE and LPCO).‒ Knowledge of customs legislation, NCM, incoterms and port operation.‒ Program management and monitoring stuffing of commodities and parts/finished product.‒ Coordination of equipment removal in empty container terminals.‒ Receiving loose cargo (crossdocking) and analysis cargo compliance with documentation.‒ Mounting of loads in accordance with IE.‒ Sending a Stuffing List with data for issuing VGM/Draft to freight forwarders.‒ Pre-stacking receipt.‒ Presence of cargo to anticipate customs clearance under the REDEX regime.‒ Ability to deal with adversarial situations involving MAPA, RF, customs facilities and/or others involved in the logistics chain.‒ Monitoring of data and deadlines for carrying out each export process.‒ Ability to deal with atypical situations (channel red, cancellation of exports, transshipment, return of cargo to the domestic market)‒ Scheduling on the customs portal.‒ Manage outbound service.‒ Monitoring the deposit of containers at terminals to board.

‒ Service to customers, suppliers and employees.‒ Document management and process improvement for better response to employee requests.‒ Registration and analysis of receipts/documents transport (CT-e/CTRC, MDF-e, NF-e, OCC).‒ Support to the Billing and Cash department.‒ Data integration into operational team follow-up.‒ Analysis and sending of documents relevant to Demur rage to customers
