My name is Luis, and I am a Design Architect with experience across Europe, including Madrid, London, and Birmingham. I specialize in Architecture Design & Construction Design for a variety of projects, from Logistics to Offices to Shopping Centers, and have worked on large international projects such as HS2.In my current role, I work closely with the Business Development department to interface with investors and clients. I have extensive experience in stakeholder negotiations, licensing management, on-site construction visits and property meetings. Additionally, I am skilled in 3D Modelling and Rendering, which allows me to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and investors.I completed a Master’s Degree in BIM Architecture and have worked extensively with tools such as Revit, Autocad, AECOsim, Microstation, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, and Presto. My experience includes basic modeling projects (LOD 200) and execution projects (LOD 300-400) with a collaborative environment in Autodesk 360.Throughout my career, I have faced and overcome many challenges in projects from kick-off to delivery.
