With over two years orchestrating Workforce Programs and Innovation, my mission involves creating seamless educational pathways that uplift underrepresented communities. My expertise lies in program coordination, an analytical approach to project development, and efficient office administration—skills honed while managing a dedicated team of seven coordinators.Our collective effort has been pivotal in constructing structured pathways from community college to medical school and beyond, ensuring these opportunities reach rural, Native, and urban populations across California, Oregon, and Washington. The team's collaboration with partner institutions enhances the impact of our programs, fostering student success, continuity, and promoting diversity within the healthcare workforce.
