I am a driven, ambitious and detail-oriented analyst and have developed quickly during my career.  Always striving for excellence, I have achieved a First Class BSc in Chemistry - a naturally mathematical and analytical subject. During my studies, I was awarded the Boots Drummond Chemistry Award for distinguished work in my final year. This is indicative of my strong numeracy skills and ability to perform at the highest level. Moreover, my experience in self-directed laboratory work, whereby I had to produce hypothesis and then conduct experiments to find a conclusion via analysing data, demonstrates that I can think logically and critically, solve complex problems and manage my time effectively. My practical experience in the corporate world paired with my master’s degree, in which I gained a Distinction, prepared me to be successful in the consulting and marketing industry by strengthening my interpersonal skills and giving me experience with writing reports, using spreadsheets and working in teams to prepare and deliver presentations. These skills, as well as being proficient with all Microsoft Office, has enabled me to hit the ground running and succeed early on. I have played a key role in delivering sales collateral, research summaries and campaigns. In doing so, I have proven to be adept at handling multiple tasks on a daily basis competently, as well as at working well under pressure. My focus, as an emerging professional, is to utilise my strengths in mathematics, as well as my soft skills to make a positive impact and deliver the best results.  I would like to connect with industry professionals from all business sectors to establish professional relationships, friends, classmates and university alumni.
