At The Ferret, I fulfil various roles in a lively, dynamic environment - consistently demonstrating a wide knowledge of our available beverages, recently creating concepts for a cocktail menu, as well as assisting with audiovisual engineering, social media, stage setup, and venue cleaning/maintenance. I also regularly communicate and develop important connections with the bands, tour managers, and promoters who visit the venue.Towards the end of my tenure living in Preston, I ran a concert with Florentenes - up and coming indie band from Manchester - to theirs, and all attendees praises. Overall the role has given me a wealth of experience across all key areas of live music operation.

In this role, I worked collaboratively with various teams in multiple different venues to deliver a great service. I actively contributed to the sales of alcoholic beverages, different foods, and fulfilled various hospitality roles. This role demanded organisation, strong teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail in order to deliver an exceptional experience for clients.

I oversaw all aspects of sales, hygiene, and safety within the company's Scottish Events Campus setup. I successfully managed my team, implementing effective communication, planning, and leadership skills. I also played a vital role in the recruitment of new candidates and proficiently handled stock management.
