Responsible for managing a small team which oversaw the delivery of all estates and facilities construction projects with a contract value of <£500k. Role included responsibility for various aspects of project management and coordination - including business case development, design, procurement, contract management and delivery. I also played a leading role on post-construction contractual disputes on projects ranging from £3m - £45m
