I am working as Senior Host and my duties include; supervising, cash handling, time management, sales, customer service, operating rides, communicating with other areas of the park, cleaning and maintaining the area in which I work, and providing a memorable experience for guests entering and leaving the park.

I do a lot of odd jobs around the classroom; changing library books, preparing the classroom, participating in class experiments, checking homework and a lot of group work with children etc.

Selling and offering advice on different bike products, re stocking products, customer service, collecting heavy items for customers, heavy lifting etc.

Work involves admitting people into the theme park; customer service, cash handling, and issuing/renewing membership are required.

Dealing with customer issues with the products or the service from the store, folding clothes, returning products to the store, writing off and destroying faulty goods, answering the store phone and filling in where needed.

Video mixing, sound mixing, video editing, lighting, boom operator, camera operator, driver, news production, building and maintaining the studio, interacting with members of the community.
