Volunteered to take full responsibility of the prioritising and maintenance schedule over the course of the 3 week covering exercise. Managed to exceed vehicle numbers expectation, resulting in the Military being able to achieve maximum training valueWinter Repair 14 (Canada Jan-April 2014):Production team member:Overseen and maintained a busy and demanding fleet of 150+ HGV Vehicles in temperatures dropping below -40C. Completing successful diagnoses and replacement of highly secretive military equipment. Helped to mentor the junior members of my section whilst also ensuring all standards of engineering were met in Canadian and British Law.Herrick 17 (Afghanistan Jan-April 2013): Production team 2nd in command: Entrusted to maintain, oversee and low level inspect a large fleet of vehicles in a hostile and fast paced environment under arduous conditions. Sent approximately 200 vehicles back to the UK in a fully fit state ready to be used in another environment. Always keeping a mind on the task, trusted to salvage and cannibalise items from other trucks to ensure front line troops felt best equipped and safe to perform their duties.
