As a journalism graduate from Edinburgh Napier University, I am passionate about fashion, arts, and writing, and eager to learn and gain new experience in the media industry. I have developed strong news writing and radio broadcasting skills through my coursework and extracurricular activities, such as producing and hosting a weekly show at Radio ENRG, the university's student-run radio station, where I was also the station manager.In addition to my academic and media pursuits, I have a proven track record of leadership, teamwork, and customer service in the retail sector, where I work as a team leader at H&M. I am responsible for overseeing the sales floor, ensuring the staff are motivated and productive, and providing excellent service to the customers. I have also contributed to increasing the store's sales and customer retention rate by implementing effective merchandising and marketing strategies, with the help of my colleagues and managers. I am confident that I can leverage my skills, experience, and interests to add value to any media organization that I join.
