Born into the hospitality trade I found my first job in a kitchen at the age of fifteen. It was then a natural progression to finally running my own restaurant with in York. This experience has been something I've drawn from heavily as a Graphic Designer. Serving someone a table full of food and serving a table full of ideas isn’t too different. You have clients to please and targets to meet. You need to understand your audience and ultimately you have to create a welcoming environment around the table, a place that everyone would like to come and eat.
