Arraon Hixson's passion is story telling on all mediums. He is a native Chicagoan. He showed early signs of artistic potential by winning several art competitions. His father was paramount for him as a young artist. He was the only kindergartner with "Prism" color pencils. Arraon hone in on his improv skills at the world famous Second City Chicago. That experience afforded him the opportunity to work on national commercials, TV shows, and major films. Art never took a back burner to his acting career, he balanced it by incorporating designing high resolution corporate identity materials (brochures, business cards, flyers, etc) and also creating custom logos and illustrations for various clients.Soon after, he returned to his old neighborhood with his father to build House of Hixson Community Theater on the west Side of Chicago. That venture led him to creating and directing a high school acting and improv ensemble named “S.T.A.R.S”. (Strong teen acting real on Stage) for After School Matters before moving to Virginia. In Virginia, he is currently working as a personal trainer while co-owning “Higher Place Productions”, and developing the “Joe Black Productions VA Freelance team. He's also perusing his life long dream of finishing school and becoming an animator at Tribeca Flashpoint College in Chicago.
