  As a Design QA tester, I analyzed and identified blockages and potential improvements of over 40 product/service flows (local and overseas flow) and use cases for airline service in their native language and English.I developed a keen eye for identifying defects in the interactions, user experience and interface design (like colors, typography and spaces). These were tested on the developed pages (web and mobile versions) in the Dev2 and UAT environments for a pixel-perfect output, constantly collaborating with the business analysts and developers to resolve them.
