- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system- Assist with regular stocktaking and help resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system data- Process all shipping and receiving documentation, including purchase orders, packing slips, and delivery receipts.- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations- Act as a liaison between the warehouse, customer service, procurement, and other departments to facilitate smooth communication and operations.

- Inputting sales report logbook data into excel- Responsible for filing daily documents for the completeness of monthly report documents- Create an output tax invoice to ensure that every sales transaction has been subject to VAT in accordance with applicable tax regulations- Processing tax payments (PPh & VAT) to complete all corporate tax obligations that have been deposited correctly and on time

- Responsible for all matters related to digital marketing and branding of company products.- Responsible for product promotion plan development- Maintain and improve content distribution on social media

- Provide maximum service to more than 30 shop buyers every day in order to maintain customer satisfaction- Responsible for store management and business with a turnover of Rp. 5,000,000 every day- Organized storage locations for more than 20 store products to create good visuals
