HR Responsible for the Hotels, hiring directly reception and breakfast personnel and responsible of the supervision of Housekeeping activities in line with company standards.
Checking and reporting rooms and public areas maintenance to be completed to the main offices: coordinating ordinary maintenance issues to be completed on yearly/monthly basis.
Always very good results obtained in terms of occupancy, generated revenue and quality service to Guests.

Responsible for the implementation of a project for scheduling and tracking of working and resting hours of onboard personnel, in accordance to contract terms and international rules.
Coordination with IT Department and onboard personnel in order to have an efficient and smooth software.
Working in HR Technologies and Process Development department, with direct involvement for all the other projects in order to improve HR process for onboard personnel.
Power Point presentation and Excel statistics continuously prepared in order to understand improvement of the projects.

After the beginning as trainee , following COTUNAV ships (Compagnie Tunisienne de Navigation) , with two departures a week from Genoa to Tunis , particularly with booking , container control , issue of bill of ladings , main documentation, landing transportation and direct interactions with customers , started following personally as from 1st May 2006 the development of IRISL ships (Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Line) , agency just obtained from Fratelli Cosulich SpA .
Direct interaction with the responsible of the office, making efforts in order to catch new customers and get the confidence of the new ownership . After one year , the main goal has been reached , and with these efforts done the traffic of containers from Genoa to Middle East and back have been increased , also thanks to lots of commercial visits to the main customers, special freight rates obtained from IRISL main office and good relationships with ownership and customers .
