• Create strategy and promotion to growing customer loyalty to customer community• Building and managing customers’ community engagements in the online and offline channels.• Planning activities to retain users to be used our application continually.• Understand culture and behavior of users• Analyst users’s performance by daily, weekly and monthly • Understand what users need and serve the right packages• Create users communication to ensure that users are always feel excited.• Create events or activities for users in order to build their loyalty• Understand culture and behavior of users• Monitor users satisfaction to ensure that our users is meet targets • Be able to be editors or create communication content s both online and offline channel

• Perform full cycle sales activity including research, introduction, discovery, strategy development, pricing, relationship building and opportunity development with new customers• Prospect new customers through various channels, including phone, email, etc.• Meet and communicate with current customers and build relationship with customer • Develop pricing strategy and proposals for deliver to customers• Partner internally to build solutions for customers, including pricing, implementation and future growth opportunities• Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, claims, and other company departments• Administrative duties (i.e. travel planning, expense reports, CRM documentation, sales reports)• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

• Contact new prospects customers to purpose the service and convert them to existing clients.• Target new protential business and maintian current customer business to acheive Sales Target.• Prepare of precise and completed quotation to customers.• Coordinate with CS and other sections in order to share relevent information to support customer requirement smoothly.• Prepare slaes and activities report on weekly, monthly basis.
