Including but not limited to underwriting policies and procedures, after-sale repair, and registration.• Aiding in the timely completion and submission of Better Business Bureau complaints to ensure Carvana keeps a firm hold on their A+ rating, all while ensuring our customer’s concerns are resolved in a timely manner.• Aiding in the review and submission of consumer complaints to ensure Carvana remains compliant with the review policy set forth by our Legal-Compliance department.
