I have been working for Sage for the past 3 years during that time I have specialised in the Sage 50 payroll and Sage business cloud, my primary role was initially on an inbound line assisting customers resolve payroll issues and assisting with any general payroll queries relating to features within the program or legislation questions, I supported this role as my main function for one year but am still very much involved with technical solution to issue on a daily basis in my coaching role.Since changing role I have been coaching new starters and experienced agents for 2 years on the sage 50 payroll & sage business cloud, teaching them how the software works and how to troubleshoot issues effectively, as well as delivering knowledge sessions such as program-specific features/issues/legislation/pensions or just general payroll knowledge. Currently I am trained on the sage business cloud product which has both UK and Irish payroll legislation as well as 50 payroll which is UK legislation
