Key responsibilities: • Coordinating, and prioritising workshop jobs. • Making decisions on how to move forward with jobs and liaising with the end customer. • Providing detailed estimates of repairs and explanations to the end user and insurance company’s.• Working alongside manufactures to make fair decisions on warranty coverage. • Stock management of 46,000 different stocked part lines.• Managing the parts team to ensure all daily requirements are met and all telephone and online orders are fore filled accurately and promptly. • Negotiating quarterly stocking orders with main stream manufactures to maximize profitability.• Retail shop stock management.• Analysing sales reports for better forward planning.• Attending Dealer conferences representing the company.• Attend all technical committee meetings for Honda, Polaris, Yamaha, Can-am.• Customer support, dealing with all complaints and resolve any issues relating to parts or service.• Weekly website updates and new inventory uploads.• IT support for all dealership administration and for all manufacture training software. • Manage all internal queries regarding Dealership Software Management.• Provide support to all members of staff regarding service and parts.• Attending all manufacture training relating to: Technical Service, Aftersales and Parts.• Manage all manufacture required social media posts making sure the company stay compliant to dealer agreements • liaising with the managing director to ensure the dealership remains compliant to four mainstream manufacture dealer agreements. • Staff time management • Innovating and streamlining the dealership to ensure the company evolves and keeps up to speed with technology.• Taking care of all Motorsports related customers ensuring they have the full back up and knowledge needed to take on necessary repairs including remotely diagnosing issues via manufactures software when needed and remotely programming new components when necessary.
