CurrentFrom 2008 to 2010 I have overseen the rollout and implementation of Oracles 8.11 ERP system to 8 facilities. I was responsible for gap analysis, training, and testing of each facility and maintaining the desired timelines. For each facility this included training on the new system including the use of MRP, forecasting, customer service, scheduling, shipping, warehousing, accounting, and a custom shop floor system.Since 2010 my responsibilities have included communicating to my facilities the changes that have been implemented. Ensuring proper training on such things as CreateForms upgrades, future upgrades to the ERP system such as going to version 9.1, and an program changes and enhancementsOther responsibilities include: reviewing costing of each of the facilities, forecasting and demand planning, data analysis on costing, freight, manufacturing processes.I work closely with software engineers to communicate the facilities on program changes, test changes, write documentation, and train the users on the new software.
