In this role I was an academy director for CYSA, a small company which has around 200 children signed up to play local in town soccer. My job was to coach parent and volunteer coaches, develop sessions and make sure they went ahead as planned with the correct skills demonstrated. I looked after around 20 teams for Grades 1 and 2. In the summer I then toured MA with colleagues and hosted summer camps to a variety of kids, ages and abilities.
