Undertaken a Variety of teaching responsibilities, covering a broad range of Human Resources and Organisational behaviour to both undergraduates and Masters students.Main areas of teaching have covered Business Ethics and organisational behaviour: Managing individuals in the workplace. Have also covered on an ad-hoc basis, areas of cross-cultural management, contemporary issues in management, international context of HRM and personal development.I have also been responsible for personal tutoring undergraduate students Alongside dissertation supervision at both Undergraduate and Masters level.

I mentor a couple of academic staff who are currently undertaking their PGCHE. In the role I observe them teaching providing insight into how they teach and the learning opportunities available to them. I also offer support and guidance around the assessment criteria helping them to reflect on their teaching experiences. This enables them to develop their teaching, and, also work towards securing membership of the Higher Education Academy.

In this role I undertook the teaching of of a course on International Business Ethics. I arranged for students to investigate ethical issues, such as environmental, Cultural, Financial , Whistleblowing in international organisations. Students explored these through various ethical lenses and international frameworks.
