Professional gymnastics equipment specialist, well versed in the unique specifications of the many different brands of gymnastics apparatus and equipment, including international companies. Effective at identifying equipment failures, weaknesses, and placement. I can also assist with the optimization of equipment placement, and efficient gym layout.

I am a diverse professional within my gymnastics club. I am the primary spotter across all the USAG levels, and I am a primary coach of the Xcel program. I have the knowledge and experience to adapt to any needs the club requires.

My role was to create a long term vision for the competitive girls' team, and to guide all athletes through a cohesive training system. I coordinated at a detailed level with all team coaches to constantly refine this system, and improve team operations. I also had the pleasure of actively coaching athletes throughout their competitive season.

I was employed as a floater coach, learning how to be effective within a high performance program. I worked with every level in the gym, substantially increasing my spotting ability and deeply developing my repertoire for progressions and skill building.

I was in charge of coaching all Junior Olympic level gymnasts at Giant's Sparta, NJ location, taking on all responsibilities for the direction and planning of the competitive year. I remained busy outside the gym consistently creating and updating the physical preparation and conditioning systems that were used throughout the gym. I was continually researching the latest gymnastics technique and training methodologies to implement in the program, as well as learning about the human body in order to keep the athletes safe and healthy, to help with recovery, and get the most out of every practice.

I created a competitive USAG Women's Artistic Gymnastics team from the ground up, and was the sole person in charge of managing all aspects of the team, including financial and administrative duties. The team consisted of both Junior Olympic and Xcel athletes. I coached very technically, paying close attention to form and technique, using proper progressions, and developing flexibility and strength. I gained substantial experience in spotting skills and learning when to use proper progression for skills, and how to implement effective drills and conditioning. I hired an assistant coach when the team size grew, simultaneously learning how to mentor and work closely with others to make a plan for the competitive year.

I taught parkour/freerunning in class and individual settings. Classes were broken into three levels: novice, intermediate, and advanced. Students learned the basic concepts of the discipline first, such as safety; climbing, traversal, and landing techniques; vaults and mounts; jumping techniques; fluid movement and connectivity/flow; self expression, experimentation, and style. Strength and flexibility were also an important part of every class. Private lessons were tailored to the individual and what he or she wished to accomplish. Having trained parkour for over ten years, I taught from my own personal experience, using the knowledge I had gained from training in various places around the country, as well as from the various individuals I had met.

I emphasized technique, ambidexterity of skills, flexibility, strength, power, and creativity/expression. In addition to almost a decade of personal experience in tricking to draw from, I also used a highly individualized approach for each student.
