Manage a team of Air and Space Operation Specialists to deliver global heavy lift operations of the RAF C17 Globemaster fleet, consisting of 7 aircraft and over 100 crew. Working to strict crew resource regulations and liaising with agencies worldwide, to ensure flying crews had all the services, equipment, visas and diplomatic clearances to complete their mission. Managing short notice tasking and shifting priorities to support UK & multinational Armed Forces in conflict areas, as well as disaster relief support to foreign governments. Key achievements include: ● Enabled tasking to support a foreign government with emerging threats in central Africa. Through liaison with various agencies and embassies enroute, the sortie left the UK within 6 hours of being tasked. ● Creation and implementation of digital task tracking system, to ensure all relevant actions are completed ahead of each sortie.
