Having been in the construction industry for the last 23 years, I have gained incredible experience both within Australia and internationally. I’ve worked alongside some of the industry’s leading professionals within large international property and construction firms, and with a project management team renowned for the delivery of some of the most complex and challenging projects in Australia. The first 15 years of my career included working for one of the world’s most successful and respected retail companies, Westfield. Working for their design and construction division, I transitioned through a variety of roles, gaining valuable hands-on experience from a leader and true innovator of the retail industry. Following Westfield, I moved into client-side project management, working in leadership positions within tier 1 PM organisations. Over the past nine years, I have gained experience over a broad range of projects within a diverse range of sectors, including Retail, Hotel and Leisure, Sports, Commercial, Health, Aged Care, Education, Defence, and Residential. My hands-on background coupled with my understanding of the discipline of project management, provides me with a demonstrated ability to manage the requirements of technically complex projects and diverse teams.I am passionate about delivering project solutions that exceed expectations and recognize the criticality of establishing project teams with a shared vision of excellence.
