My most recent role as Principal Engineer & Chief Technology Officer Lead for the Aisa Pacific region of Dell Technologies for over six years, saw me create, lead, and significantly grow Dells’ business solutions capability to engage with their clients and markets in a customer-centric, strategic, and innovative manner. I built the team to consist of over 20 leaders across the Asia-Pacific region, drawing on the depth of experience I gained across a wide variety of countries, sectors, and technologies to develop new programs and methodologies that enabled vertically aligned ‘go to market’ strategies across the region, as well as a range of other achievements.I have driven engagement and collaboration with commercial and public sector organisations of all sizes and maturity levels, from start-ups to large multinationals across the Asia Pacific region. I have built and led teams, leveraging innovation and technology to create additional value for businesses and the communities they serve. My positive, human-centred approach helped unlock opportunities and delivered meaningful customer outcomes. During my time at Dell, I led both tight knit smaller teams and larger teams with experience across a broad spectrum of business activities, from service design to sale and inception through to product delivery, operations, and governance. I have proven skills in both vendor and customer worlds with demonstrated expertise in modern approaches and solutioning to drive business transformation and change through technology - including Cloud, Agile, Lean, User Centred Design and DevOps.
