Key Account Manager
CurrentTook over full control over two major accounts in the Metro Detroit area. Manage the commercial relationship with these existing customers by proactively contacting and visiting to maintain a consistent high level of service. Find new ways to identify new profitable revenue streams for each customer in various locations and economic differences. Coordinate involvement of company personnel, including support, logistical services, and other management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.Participate in a joint strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
