About Roberto Arruda

Before I talk about my professional career, I'd like to introduce Roberto Arruda, a married, good-natured father of two, who likes to read, travel and learn.Today, as CRO of Skyone, a software developer with a startup spirit, I see technology as the driving force behind our economy and business sustainability.The story of my career began in the early 1990s when, as a recent graduate in electronic engineering, I witnessed the end of the market reserve, the privatization of state-owned IT and telecommunications companies and the arrival of multinationals in Brazil, which opened doors for professionals.My first experience in a multinational was at Bay Networks, in 1997, as an Account Manager. I then joined other important companies, such as Nortel Networks and Cisco Systems. During this period, I developed new skills through an MBA at USP, as well as broadening my business vision in a Negotiation program at HSM and delving into Innovation and Strategy at the Wharton School.In 2016, I was in charge of the sales area of a systems integrator player, collaborating on projects at Agility and CYLK, which allowed me to understand the macro management of an organization.In 2019, I began another professional career as Commercial Director at Arrow, a distributor of IT products and services in the United States. A fascinating time that allowed me to complete a cycle in the technology industry. Over the last few years, I've been working as a professional coach, a position I hold thanks to my training in the Coaches Program at the Escola de Coaches, a center certified by the International Coach Federation. Renewal attracts me. My search is constant for innovation and improvement in modern, motivating and constructive management. A major commitment is to building safe working environments that bring out the talent in employees. I understand that it is only possible to deliver results when we implement leadership methodologies focused on the human being and the business.
