Since childhood, my dream has been to become a teacher, fueled by a deep desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others. Starting in 2010, I have dedicated myself to igniting a love for learning in young minds through engaging and impactful teaching. My main interest lies in STEM education and self development, where I have delivered over 1,000 hours of training and coaching to middle and high school students between 2010 - 2015. Driven by passion of teaching, I joined the Department of Industrial Engineering at Universitas Indonesia (UI) in 2015 as a full-time lecturer. My teaching experience spans many subjects, from theory-based courses to project-based problem-solving courses such as quality systems, systems modeling, industrial simulation, supply chain systems, and technology entrepreneurship. I am also passionate about human development subjects and have taught courses on interpersonal skills and industrial psychology.My dedication to teaching extends beyond UI. I have served as a guest lecturer at several reputable universities in Indonesia, including Universitas Gajah Mada, Universitas Padjadjaran, and Universitas Bina Nusantara. I am also a senior associate at several training companies, where I provide training to reputable companies and government agencies to help them achieve operational excellence. My clients include the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Transportation, Bank Indonesia, the Financial Services Authority, Astra Honda Motor, Bank Central Asia (BCA), and many others.I enrolled in a doctoral program at Delft University of Technology in 2020 to further my knowledge. In my doctoral dissertation, I am developing a novel method for empirically evaluating the resilience of maritime logistics networks in archipelagic countries to disasters. The results of my research can be used to support decision-making that can strengthen the resilience of maritime logistics networks in archipelagic countries in the future.Beyond academics, I serve as the main commissioner of PT. Alkindi Eduprise Indonesia. The company provides educational products and services for early childhood education. I oversee the company’s operations and ensure it complies with good corporate governance principles. In 2024, I founded the Industrial Engineering Technopreneurship Club at UI, teaching and introducing technology entrepreneurship concepts to the UI industrial engineering academic community.I always want to connect and collaborate, especially regarding teaching and training opportunities.
