Preparation of agenda items, minutes, reports, Business Plans and presentations for Board and it’s Committees’ Meetings;Furnishing regulatory returns with Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and fulfilling other obligations under Companies Act, 2017 and Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013;Preparation and Disbursement of Salary and billing thereof;Preparation of Annual Capital and Revenue Budget Estimates and variance analysis;Preparation of Business Plans & Revenue projections;Bank Reconciliation;Review of account payable to / receivable from the Holding Company (ZTBL);Coordination with Commercial Auditors, State Bank of Pakistan Inspection Teams; and relevant Ministries/statutory bodies.Preparation of Working Papers for DAC and Public Accounts Committee (PAC)Additional Responsibilities/FunctionsConception and Implementation of Business Development Projects (Supply of Pesticides, Fertilizers and Tractors during 2009–2012);Liaison with Pesticide, Fertilizers and Tractors’ suppliers & ZTBL branches for smooth operations (2009–2016); andInitial Negotiations with potential suppliers/business partners.
