Worked on a legal-tech startup. I found a technical co-founder, and learnt many lessons, including how hard it is to build a product that people will pay for. We ultimately decided not to proceed. In parallel, I worked on freelance strategy projects, including an online B2B marketplace for a Fortune 100 co, and JV negotiations for one of the world's largest ETFs.

I worked on developing new revenue streams, with a focus on ecommerce, partnerships and brand extensions, as well as to cost/operational synergies across the business. I realised that I wanted to do something more entrepreneurial, and left to work on a startup idea.

I worked on a range of projects from new market entry and new product development to post-merger reorganisation and learning and development. My clients were in pharma, consumer electronics, financial services, automotive and mining, and were based across Europe, USA, North Africa, and Asia.

Fremantle is one of the world's largest TV production and distribution companies, with shows including American Idol and X-Factor. I was brought in to help develop digital revenues, and worked on gaming, mobile content, interactive TV and licensing.
