1) Working on deployment and managing of Firewalls ( Checkpoint , Cisco )2) Working on deployment and managing operation of AAA Authentication server. • Intruder Detection by analyzing the logs of Firewall, HIPS and IPS.• Managing ASA 5520 Firewalls and troubleshooting of the VPNs.• Implementation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting network of Clients.• Monitoring customer Network in security operation Center to identify security breaches, service outages, network performance issues.• Troubleshooting with Clients routers and switches. Interacting with clients for any issues.• Monitoring ticket queue and carry out analysis on incidents identified by SOC operators.• Verify periodic security analysis reports for customers.• Update customer’s security device’s for signature, rules, ACLs, patches, etc.• Keeping up- to-date on the latest security information including security vendor’s products.• Trouble shooting of Link related problems, Internet related Queries, Bandwidth related (upload/download) problems of clients, Latency related Queries, IP and mask related Queries, Ping related Issues.
