Switchgear Electrical Design & Drafting

S Understand product/ project specification, SLD and convert specification to electrical schemes. Attending technical meetings with Client or Consultant to finalize the panels form of construction, Operation Control Philosophy & Special requirements.  Collecting data of all equipment’s used in projects like Transformer, DG, Motors, P&ID, Site layouts, final cable details & Bus duct details etc. Proficient in components selection, sizing & analysis for project schemes.  Proficient in preparing SLD, GA, Schematics for low voltage applications. Proficient in Bill of material, reports & technical submittal. Ability to interrupt IEC/ANSI/NEC standards related to Low voltage applications. Coordination within a team to design, document & manage the project as per International & Local standards (Kahramaa / QCS 2014). Coordination with Production & Quality (QC) team to ensure the final products. Preparing engineering schedule in line with agreed document deliverable list match engineering portion of project schedule. To reduce human errors & to avoid repetition mistakes. Presence on FAT time with QC team to clarify if any doubts about schemes, regulations to the client. Releasing Final As-built drawings with finished products.

Currently i am working in Mustafa & Kamal Ashraf Trading Co.L.L.C . Here , my job is like an light Control Panel DDC Panel AMF Panel Main LV Panel designing and also switch gears draftsman.
