Responsibilities:• Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to clients.• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions).• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a candidate pipeline• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.• Performing background and reference checks.• Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.• Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.• Forecasting recruitment budgets.

Responsibilities:• Maintaining relationships with Clients to build knowledge of needs and opportunities.• Utilizing creative sourcing techniques and networking with active consultants, user groups and professional sites. • Handling all senior level IT/ Non-IT recruitment like Embedded Software Engineers, Java, .NET, SQL and QA etc.• Responsible for full life cycle recruiting and sourcing candidates for a variety of executive and professional job levels • Build a steady, proactive pipeline of qualified candidates to support the hiring efforts of the client and its core executive and technical teams • Develop and teach recruiter sourcing, searching, and matching, X-Ray search, Boolean internet searching and social media sourcing.• Improving recruitment pipeline by attracting a pool of possible candidates for hard-to-fill roles or positions.• Collaborated with hiring managers to execute comprehensive search strategies to recruit the top candidates in the market.• Good knowledge about RPO industry, US tax terms, Geography and understanding and adapting the process.• Supported fellow recruiters with searches and to build strategies to get candidates and explaining them the role in understanding manner and providing proper feedback on the candidates.
