The Claimant beat his own Part 36 offer and obtained an order for indemnity costs against the Defendants, together with an uplift on damages and Part 36 interest. - negotiated a settlement of £73,000 on behalf of a disabled Claimant who sustained an acceleration to a pre-existing spinal condition due to the negligence of his employer. - negotiated a settlement of £160,000 for a Claimant who developed degenerative arthritis after sustaining a complex spiral fracture to her ankle in an accident at work. - assisted with negotiating a settlement of £500,000 on behalf of the bereaved relatives and estate of a deceased victim of medical negligence. - a settlement of £350,000 for a victim of serious Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder sustained in an RTA. - secured a six figure settlement in a complex injury claim for a disabled Claimant with multiple serious injuries, involving evidence from 10 expert witnesses and 21+ expert reports (A&E, Orthopedic, Respiratory, Psychiatric, Pain Management, Thoracic Surgeon, etc).

Having originally been Called to the Bar from Lincoln's Inn, Arsalan thereafter cross-qualified as a Solicitor at Liddy's, specialising in Claimant Personal Injury and Claimant Employment Law.
