I currently lead a team of 40 people consisting of engineers from various fields, electricians, and mechanics. My primary responsibilities include:- Develop, implement, and maintain electrical systems and processes to ensure safe operations.- Maintaining compliance for ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), 14001:2015 (EMS) & 45001:2018 (OHSMS)- Design, install, maintain, repair, test and inspect electrical equipment and systems.- Provide manufacturing teams with solutions using automation to address business needs.- Complete HR cycle for resources in my team.- Team development by conducting technical training and implementation of work instructions.- CAPEX, OPEX Budgeting.- Monitor inventory of supplies to ensure availability of parts for repairs or upgrades.- Troubleshoot problems with existing systems or equipment to identify root cause and corrective action.- Develop preventative & predictive maintenance plans to improve system reliability.In addition to above I have led and executed below mentioned Special Projects during my tenure:- Completed commissioning of Greenfield project of Slitter (3-nos.) and Cut to Length lines (2-nos.) (Mitsubishi PLC and AC Drives, GT Works Mitsubishi, GX Developer Mitsubishi)- Lead several projects to conserve electrical energy of more than 1,000,000 kwh during last 3 years.- Electrical planning and execution of ISL Service Center Greenfield project, including commissioning of MV Panels, LT Panel, Substation, Lighting and Electrification of complete facility.- Pillar member for implementation of Total Productive Maintenance at Factory level.- Several improvements using automation and SCADA to increase productivity and operation ease.- Designing and implementation of sustainability related project- Oracle EAM based analysis using tools & dashboards to improve MTBF and MTTR for process lines.- Successfully completed Projects of CZ and Z Purlin Lines at ISL Service Center, PIDC, Port Qasim.

- Developed and managed a team for repairs and savings which contributed significantly to reduce maintenance costs.- Solved major problems related to process which results in improved throughput of Galvanizing Lines- Equipment Failure Analysis and RCAs.- Responsible for predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance of Galvanizing Line I and II, Color Coating Line, Cut to Length, Slitter, PSA (Nitrogen) and Hydrogen Plants.- Completed erection & commissioning of state-of-the-art roll grinding machines WS 250 x 4250 CNC Monolith and WS 450S x 4000 CNC – Monolith, HERKULES, Germany.- Completed re-location projects of Nitrogen and Hydrogen Plant during expansion.- Included in Core Team of ISL due to outstanding performance.

- Completed the Project of 250,000 MTPY Hot Dip Continuous Galvanized Steel Line. (Erection & Commissioning, Control Systems ABB AC800M, VVVF Drive ABB ACS800)- Commissioning of 2nd Stand for 4Hi Compact Cold Rolling Mill with SMS Group, Germany to increase production capacity.- Estimation and calculation of ISL load break up of all the Plants in accordance with PF Correction.- Complete understanding of ABB Compact control builder and ABB Compact HMI systems.- Completed revamp project of N2 Generation (PSA) automation and electrical system based on Siemens S7-300 PLC and WinCC Flexible HMI.- Modification of chromate section with new rolls-based Passivation Coater at Galvanizing Line - I. Commissioning and Testing of System using ABB VVFD's and PLC.

As a member of Design Engineering team, I led a team of 15 people to endure following:- Develop product designs that meet customer requirements.- Create prototypes for testing purposes.- Work with the engineering team to ensure designs are compliant with safety regulations.- Planning, Project Management, Contract Documentation, BOQ, Preparation of Technical, Specifications & Cost Estimation.Following are some major projects:- Designed SCADA and Automation System of Water Filtration Plant & complete water flow and pumping system for USAID funded project in Jacobabad, Sindh, Pakistan.- Involved in Dam Instrumentation consultancy, Cost estimation and Telemetry of Instruments for Nai Gaj Dam (NGD) Project, Dadu, Sindh, Pakistan.- Involved in Electrical/Electronic Supervision of Waste Water Treatment Plant (TP-I), a package of Greater Karachi Sewage Project (S-III), KW&SB, Karachi.- Designing of Initial Conceptual Plan of Electrical Power Generation & Distribution, Communications, PA System & Street Lighting for Sultan Qaboos Naval Base Project, Oman.- Preparation of Bidding document and Tender for Procurement, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of Digital Electric Well Logging System and Water Well Data Transmitter. for Baluchistan Small Scale Irrigation Project, Baluchistan, Pakistan.- Providing Electrical and Electronic consultancy in selection of Flow Meters and its integration with Telemetry System for USAID Project, Jacobabad, Pakistan.- Providing Electrical consultancy in re-rehabilitation of Clifton Pumping Station, a project of Karachi Water & Sewerage Board, Pakistan.- Planning, Project Management, Contract Documentation, BOQ, Preparation of Technical Specifications & Cost Estimation.

Alltrac is a tracking company providing tracking and monitoring solutions to its customers. As part of engineering team I was responsible for:- Design, BOQ and cost estimations of remote monitoring and sensing solutions for customers.- Support procurement of instruments and sensors with complete Bill of Material (BOMs).- Calibration and implementation of tracking and sensing equipment including software architecture.- Managing regular customer base installation of car trackers and support.- Managing R&D and Quality Assurance & Control for standard solutions.- Key liaison person for government's Telecommunication Authority.Some of key projects include:- Remote monitoring of Turbid Water using Turbidity Sensors and Flow using Ultrasonic Flow Meters at Jamrao Canal, Sanghar.- Integrating additional hardware e.g. biometric scanner with the tracking device.- Generator Monitoring and Management System automating the complete operation for customer- Fingerprint Alarm System integration with Tracking device.
