Play a Leading Role in facilitating staff for Development, Review and Approval of Documents and Records, to be compliant with Joint Commission International Standards and ISO 9001:2008. Responsible for developing Quarterly Report on activities that comes under the ambit of Quality Department and to give updates to Executive Hospital leadership. Further I am responsible:  To guide more than 36 departments in their pursuit of developing standardized policies and procedure and records.  To Develop Quarterly Reports that enumerate quality activities for the last quarter for Hospital executive leadership.  To Participate in System and Individual Patient Tracer to conduct the base line assessment on the basis of Joint Commission International Standards 5th edition To develop tracer reports and linking them to JCI Standards 5th edition  To coordinate and collaborate with administrative and clinical departments to develop indicators such as Medication Administration Accuracy for two identifiers, Read Back of verbal orders and critical values, mortality review, Hand Hygiene, Medical Record Review etc. on the basis of JCI Standards 5th edition and develop mechanism to measure these indicators. The indicators are prioritized on the bases of the IOM’s six aim of Healthcare Quality.  To participate in developing online Dashboard for indicators using KlipFolio To develop online forms to collect data for defined indicators and linking them to dashboard to get real time performance results.  To present Adverse Drug Event report monthly to Pharmacy and Therapeutic Committee Educate Staff, existing and new hires, on Quality and Patient Safety.  Delivers Orientation Sessions to new hires (all staff including Medical officers, House Officers and PG’s) on Health Care Quality and The Joint Commission International Standards 5th Edition.
