HIGHLIGHTS:As a technical lead, was responsible for supervision of IO Testing of Allen Bradley Micrologix 1100, PLC 5/20, PLC 5/80 and SLC 5/04, Control Logix Point-to-point Testing, Dry & Wet Commissioning Field Support and Service of Allen Bradley / RA PLCs and other Industrial Automation Control equipment PLC Programming HMI / SCADA development – configuration of operator stationsACHIEVEMENTS: Successfully Troubleshooted and Reverse engineered Basic programming of PLC5 - Basic Module for Burner Management system (ESA QUAD) communication of a Gas Furnace despite the fact that there was no documentation / control philosophy available. Timely execution of commissioning of a laminating windscreen plant without complete drawings at hand. Established communication between PLC and system using different protocols including RS232, DH+, Ethernet TCP/IP and ControlNet. During the complete life cycle of the Commissioning project, I aided to identify and rectify hardware or software discrepancies, programming installation, application, maintenance, start-up, training and diagnostics in order to get a full production running.

Three months internship & trainee program leading towards Control Systems Engineer role.HIGHLIGHTS: HMI Development - Configuration of operator interfaces – Intouch Wonderware PLC programming - Reverse engineer C&E and control philosophy for logic migration from PLC5 to Controllogix Preparation of functional specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, IO List, electrical schematic drawings, layout, design specification Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)ACHIEVEMENTS: By only self-study, implemented smart objects for Intouch Wonderware 10.5 HMI for the first time in my company and conducted workshops to train other employees. Developed a script to open faceplates and screens for dual-monitor Intouch Wonderware 10.5 HMI. This 5-line script replaced the previous code for around 150 buttons and hence saved man-hours.
