Prior to working from home, I worked as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO industry, I also have 1 year of experinece as an Inside Sales Representative in a B2B Company. and a year of exeperience as a Virtual Assistant for Cold Caller and Appointment Setter role. I am familiar with Google workspace, Microsoft office, CRM's, Dialers and Soft Phones. Calendar Management, Task Management, Administrative task, a little bit of video and photo editing. I am also trained on Chat / Back Office as a Sales Support. Its my goal to be able to remove tasks off of our Clients so that they can focus in growing their Business. Some of my tasks are : Giving a Quotation to the Customer, Checking Inventory, Tracking the Items, Sending Presale Virtual & Invoices .
