Grata initially started as the next generation of GuestOps, but GuestOps continued to collect low six-figure revenue basically unmanaged for another seven years with near-zero churn until the outbreak of Covid-19.

I was assigned to travel around the country interviewing detained American Citizens in jails, detention centers, penal farms, and prisons. The final product was a seventeen-page report on the legal and penal system as it applies to American Citizens in the country. I also compiled, formatted, and published an update to the American Citizen Services section of the Embassy website.
