I've been in the software industry since 2001. Back then I was 17, Facebook was still not there, and we used AltaVista for web search. From that moment, I climbed up and down, sometimes shifted sideways, trying to experience any adventure that the industry had to offer. That certainly cost me something between 5 and 7 years as compared to more spearheaded careers, but helped me secure decent levels of expertise in a variety of directions. Following is the list of my competencies, in descending order of my preference to talk and be asked questions about:- People Management- Agile Processes (and Scrum)- Quality Assurance- Project Management- Software Testing- Product Management- Business AnalysisAs a manager, I am heavily invested in helping each individual improve personally and professionally while building value for the organization. Surveys say that my leadership style is that of a coach. As much of a controversy as it may sound, I'm a big fan of Machiavelli, adherent to abundant thinking and a novice stoic.When not at work, I prefer enjoying a good company, predominantly that of my daughter, Michelle.Thanks for reading to the end.
