• In charge of orders management and supply chain • Ensuring compliance with financial rules and procedures, working towards improvement of logistic procedures • Ensuring quality of delivered services to the customer • Ensuring timely stock replenishment • Logistics budget planning (SitFin) • Procurement planning Regional focal point for: • Regional Oscar and FSS (finance and logistics software) technical support • Data management • Maintenance and planning of the LOG pipeline • LOG related statistics and reporting • Training and briefings for end users and newcomers • Various NGOs support in terms of transportation humanitarian cargo to NGCA

• Data research and management • Regional, country, HQ and ad-hoc reporting • Developing and implementing statistical reporting system • Warehouse stock inventory • Logistics budget planning (SitFin) • Admin and document flow support (monthly cash forecast etc.)

• Maintaining communication with mobile stations and personnel in the field for locations, status, and security reports• Security alert • Daily situational reports (including comprehensive reports on the latest developments in GCA and NGCA)

• Managing Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities. ( Facebook, LinkedIn)• Curating relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers.• Creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video and written).

• Dispatching truck drivers and assisting brokers with shipping and receiving information;• Obtaining transportation requests;• Searching for potential clients and signing transportation frame agreements with them; • Facilitating O2D transportation of cargo;• Maintaining a constant communication regarding work related info, such as: directions, shipping and receiving data; • Providing drivers with the road assistance;• Supplying the trucks with the loads;• Facilitating coordination of 46 trucks (after hours)

• Customers assistance;• Replying and providing customers with the basic consumer requirements; • Guarding premises with the latest technological equipment; • Making product/activity inventory on the daily basis;• PERC, FOID, 40 hours training certificate;• Checking customer invoices and loads;• Controlling access to the product yard; • Using a tablet/iPad to keep track of customer info.• Administrative support of residents and visitors
