CurrentAs a Research Assistant in the Department of Political Science at the University of British Columbia, I have the privilege of working under the guidance of Dr. Carey Doberstein. My primary focus is on exploring the intricacies of the public service in Canada, aiming to understand its dynamics and influence on governance and policy-making.My role involves extensive research, data analysis, and synthesis of information, which aids in developing a deeper understanding of how public services operate in Canada. Through this position, I have enhanced my skills in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, critical thinking, and scholarly writing.I am passionate about applying this knowledge to contribute to discussions on public policy and administration, aiming to impact future developments in Canadian public service positively.
