I am Arsha A, a dedicated community development social worker from Kollam, Kerala, India. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work with a specialization in Community Development from the Central University of Tamil Nadu. My undergraduate education was in Visual Communication under Madras University, and currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Developmental Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Throughout my academic journey, I have actively engaged in research projects and internships to gain practical experience. My postgraduate dissertation focused on studying "livelihood security and right violations among aged FSW in North Chennai". I have also participated in internships with various organizations, including the Indian Council for Child Welfare, Tamil Nadu Agriculture and Farmer's Welfare Department, SOS Children's Village, Youth For Seva, and the Association for Rural Mass India. These experiences allowed me to contribute to child welfare programs, farmer's welfare initiatives, family strengthening programs, practical education projects, and HIV/AIDS control programs. In addition to internships, I have coordinated and volunteered for several programs and events. I took the lead in organizing TARANG, a three-day youth festival aimed at promoting unity and harmony. I have also been involved in organizing blood donation camps, disaster risk management training programs, temple cleaning events under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, and a World Social Work Day program called "THINAI." Furthermore, I volunteered for Chiguru, an annual kids' carnival organized by Youth For Seva. To enhance my skills, I have actively sought out training, workshops, and seminars.
